An Afternoon with Robert Harris, Wednesday 28th September, 2.00pm, St Michael's Church, Kirkgate, Linlithgow
Best-selling author Robert Harris is coming to Linlithgow! To celebrate the launch of his latest novel, Act of Oblivion, Robert will be appearing on Wednesday 28th September at 2.00pm in the iconic setting of St Michael's Church.
The author of Fatherland, the Cicero trilogy, Munich, The Second Sleep and many more will be talking about his writing life, and of course his latest novel, Act of Oblivion, which has been described as the story of the greatest manhunt of the seventeenth century. The hunt for the two men wanted for the murder of Charles I takes place in an epic journey across continents and culminates in a chase like no other. It is the most ambitious novel yet from the pen of Robert Harris, the ‘master of the intelligent thriller’.
We're very pleased to announce that Mary Paulson-Ellis will be interviewing Robert, a welcome return for her here in Linlithgow!
Tickets: £10* and available in the shop or online here: www.maddingcrowdlinlithgow.com
